Please read these rules. They are here to tell you how not get banned.

RULES
No spamming. (Emoticon spam, tons of random topics that over flow the forum, etc.)
No flaming for no reason.
No HUGE bumps. (If the last post was 2 Months ago on that topic, don't bump the topic. Unless you got a REALLY good reason to do so.)
Post in the CORRECT section of the forums. (You will be warned if you do it too much, by mistake or on purpose it does not matter)
